At APlusMonkey, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You can return an item within 5 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret shipping costs are not refundable.

Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid. Please remember all returned merchandise must be new and in its original carton with all the packing materials. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail with your return. We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products if they have been opened or used: feeding accessories, diapering accessories, potty seats and wipes, and maternity bras.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of any product you return that meets the above conditions. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.
